Deliver top-tier customer support via phone, email, and live chat.
Accurately resolve customer inquiries, complaints, billing issues, and product-related questions.
Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective solutions.
Document interactions, feedback, and resolutions in our CRM system.
Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
Maintain knowledge of products, services, and policies to assist customers efficiently.
Meet or exceed individual and team performance targets.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a calm, empathetic, and patient approach.

Full-Time: 40 hours per week
Rotational shifts between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM (based on location and availability)
Weekend and holiday availability may be required depending on business needs
Familiarity with customer service principles and practices

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude
