Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Virtual Tour Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing guest interactions before and after virtual tour bookings, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests inquiring about and booking virtual tours, addressing questions and concerns promptly and professionally.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and tour guides to ensure tour schedules are confirmed and all guest requirements are met.

  • Manage booking systems and update guest information accurately to maintain seamless operations.

  • Provide guests with detailed pre-tour instructions, technical support guidance, and relevant resources to enhance their virtual tour experience.

  • Follow up with guests post-tour to collect feedback, resolve any issues, and ensure overall satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, Tourism, or related fields.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proficiency in using booking platforms, CRM software, and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Outlook).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

  • Customer-centric mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced virtual environment, handling multiple guest interactions simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

  • Basic technical aptitude to assist guests with virtual platform usage.


Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service, guest coordination, or hospitality-related roles.
