Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Operations Support professional to join our team serving a prestigious boutique hotel chain. This role is vital in ensuring seamless operational efficiency and exceptional guest experiences through remote coordination and support. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks from a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote administrative and operational support to hotel management and on-site teams.

• Coordinate daily operational activities including reservations, guest services, inventory management, and vendor communications.

• Monitor and resolve operational issues promptly to ensure guest satisfaction and compliance with company standards.

• Assist in data entry, reporting, and performance tracking to support operational decision-making.

• Collaborate with departments such as housekeeping, front desk, maintenance, and food & beverage to streamline processes.

• Manage and update digital operational manuals, SOPs, and internal communications.

• Support the implementation of new operational strategies and technologies remotely.

• Act as a liaison between hotel staff and corporate management to ensure consistent communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience in remote operations support, preferably within the hospitality industry.

• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, hotel management software (PMS), and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Trello).

• Ability to analyze data and generate insightful reports.

Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in operations support or a similar role, preferably with exposure to boutique hotel or hospitality operations.
