Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our growing remote team as Cruise Reservation Specialists. You will be the primary point of contact for clients booking cruise vacations, providing exceptional service and ensuring a seamless reservation process from inquiry to confirmation.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to cruise bookings via phone, email, and chat platforms.

• Provide detailed information about cruise options, itineraries, pricing, availability, and promotions.

• Assist clients in selecting cruise packages that match their preferences, budgets, and travel needs.

• Process bookings and reservations accurately through internal systems.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.

• Collaborate with cruise lines and travel partners to coordinate special requests or arrangements.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge on travel advisories, cruise line policies, and promotional offers.

• Upsell additional services such as excursions, travel insurance, or upgrades to enhance customer experience.

• Follow up with clients post-booking to confirm details and offer additional support.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities.

• Comfortable working with computer systems, CRM tools, and booking software.

• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setup.

• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet performance targets.

• Basic understanding of geography and travel-related terminology.

Experience

• Previous experience in travel booking, customer service, or hospitality is highly desirable.

• Cruise industry experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory.

• Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for travel are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible shifts available (Day/Night/Weekend options).

• Choose between full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time schedules based on availability.

• Remote work with required availability for occasional virtual team meetings.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of major cruise lines, destinations, and common travel routes.

• Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.

• Familiarity with online booking platforms and travel systems is a plus.
