• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and policies.

• Resolve guest concerns professionally and promptly, ensuring high satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and operations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Proficiency in using computer systems, online booking platforms, and CRM software.

• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for hospitality.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

• Quiet and professional home working environment with reliable internet.

Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, hospitality, or reservations is preferred.

• Previous remote work or call center experience will be considered an asset.

Working Hours

• Flexible working hours available (morning, evening, or weekend shifts).
