Key Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret marketing data from multiple sources including sales, customer feedback, and digital analytics platforms.

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

• Conduct competitor analysis and market research to understand industry trends and consumer preferences.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to design data-driven marketing strategies and campaigns.

• Provide regular insights and recommendations to management for optimizing budget allocation and campaign effectiveness.

• Use statistical techniques and predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior.

• Support A/B testing and other experimentation efforts to refine marketing tactics.

• Present findings and reports clearly to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or related field.

• Proven experience in marketing analytics, market research, or data analysis roles.

• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.

• Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools is a plus.

• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience

• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in marketing analysis or related analytical roles, preferably within a corporate or agency environment.

• Experience working with cross-functional teams and handling large datasets is highly desirable.

Working Hours

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

• Standard business hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with flexibility depending on project demands.
