MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee all HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner to senior management, responsible for driving HR initiatives that align with the companys business goals. This role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and fostering a positive work culture. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and retention efforts.

  • Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and timely manner.

  • Design and manage performance appraisal systems that drive high performance and employee development.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, employment standards, and company policies.

  • Lead organizational development, training programs, and career development initiatives.

  • Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll activities in coordination with finance teams.

  • Maintain HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership to support decision-making.

  • Foster a positive workplace culture that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.

  • Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure professional growth and effective HR service delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

  • Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as an HR Manager or similar role in a medium to large organization.

  • Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all organizational levels.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing a team.

  • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications.

  • Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience

  • At least 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources management within corporate or multinational environments.

  • Experience handling complex employee relations issues and leading organizational change initiatives.

  • Exposure to talent management, employee engagement, and strategic HR planning.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

  • Flexibility required during peak periods or for urgent HR matters.

  • Deep understanding of employment laws and HR compliance requirements.

  • Ability to design and implement HR policies and programs aligned with organizational goals.

  • Strong leadership qualities with a coaching and mentoring approach.
