Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and manage targeted email marketing campaigns aligned with company goals and sales strategies.

• Design and write compelling email content that drives engagement and conversion.

• Segment email lists based on demographics, behavior, and campaign performance to maximize effectiveness.

• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates; generate actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.

• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and other marketing team members to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

• Maintain email marketing tools and platforms, ensuring clean and updated subscriber databases.

• Implement A/B testing strategies to continually improve email effectiveness.

• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations, including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices to innovate and improve email marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in email marketing, preferably in B2B or B2C environments.

• Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar).

• Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email template creation and editing is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports.

• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

• Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including SEO, content marketing, and social media.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing email marketing campaigns.

• Experience working in a fast-paced marketing team within a corporate or agency setting is preferred.

• Demonstrated success in increasing email engagement rates and conversion metrics.

Working Hours

• Full-time position.

• Standard working hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Flexibility for occasional extended hours during major campaigns or deadlines.
