• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.

• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

• Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring managers throughout the process.

• Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively.

• Represent HR Service Jobs professionally in all candidate and client interactions.

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

📚 Experience

⏰ Working Hours

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (flexibility available depending on time zones and client needs).

• Occasional weekend or evening work may be required during peak hiring periods.
