  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for both active and passive candidates.

  • Stay informed of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.

  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Coordinate interview logistics and support hiring managers throughout the process.

  • Negotiate job offers and close candidates effectively.
