Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Manager to lead our financial planning, analysis, and control operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, in-depth financial acumen, and a proactive mindset to oversee budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and compliance functions. You will play a key role in strategic decision-making and be instrumental in improving our financial performance and ensuring long-term financial health.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all accounting and financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory and internal standards.

• Develop strategies to optimize the organizations financial performance and business opportunities.

• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure financial stability.

• Conduct cost analysis, profitability reviews, and risk assessments to support strategic planning.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure timely submissions and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise the finance team and provide mentorship and guidance to ensure professional development.

• Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives.

• Evaluate investment opportunities, capital expenditures, and financing options.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Masters or MBA preferred).

• Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is a plus.

• Proficiency in financial software such as QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems.

• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.

• Excellent command of MS Excel (PivotTables, financial modeling, macros).

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive experience in financial management or a related field.

• Prior experience in a managerial or supervisory role is essential.

• Experience working in multinational companies or large corporate environments is preferred.

Working Hours

• Full-time role: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Occasional extended hours may be required during reporting periods or audits.
