Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO, in collaboration with Talkspace, is seeking licensed and compassionate Therapists, Counselors, or Psychologists to provide telehealth mental health services across the United States. This is a fully remote opportunity, giving mental health professionals the flexibility to deliver care from anywhere, while transforming lives through accessible and confidential digital therapy. You will work with clients experiencing a wide range of concerns—depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationships, and more—empowering them toward healing and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapy via video, audio, or text-based chat through the Talkspace platform.

• Manage and maintain a caseload of clients with varying mental health needs.

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing therapeutic interventions.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards.

• Collaborate with other professionals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Participate in platform-led training and continuing education opportunities.

• Uphold ethical standards and respect client confidentiality at all times.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license in your state of residence in the USA (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD).

• Masters degree or higher in counseling, psychology, or a related mental health field.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with clients virtually.

• Comfortable using technology and navigating online platforms.

• Ability to provide culturally competent care to diverse client populations.

Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

• Experience in treating common mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Prior experience with telehealth is a plus but not mandatory—platform training is provided.

Working Hours

• Flexible scheduling: you set your own hours and caseload.

• Work full-time or part-time depending on your availability and client demand.

• Weekend and evening hours are optional but in high demand.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Deep understanding of clinical interventions, therapy modalities, and diagnostic criteria (DSM-5).
