Account Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of national accounts, from onboarding to continued account growth. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies tailored to each clients business objectives and needs, ensuring consistent revenue growth and long-term retention.
Client Support & Service: Provide strategic insights and guidance to clients, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction and identifying opportunities for cross-selling or upselling services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, product development, and customer service to deliver exceptional solutions to clients.
Negotiation & Contracts: Lead contract negotiations and pricing discussions, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining client satisfaction.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report on account performance, revenue targets, and client satisfaction to senior leadership.
Market Insight: Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor offerings, leveraging this knowledge to adapt strategies and provide clients with best-in-class service.
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or business development within the business services industry.
Sales Expertise: Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans that drive results.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client challenges effectively.
Negotiation Skills: Expertise in negotiating contracts and agreements with national clients.
CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software and tools (e.g., Salesforce) to manage accounts and track sales activities.
At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing, account management role, ideally within a business services or B2B environment.
Demonstrated success in managing large, national accounts, preferably within a remote or virtual setting.
Experience with complex sales cycles and dealing with senior decision-makers in client organizations.
Full-time, remote position with flexible working hours to accommodate clients across various time zones.
Expected to be available during regular business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Friday) with occasional flexibility for client needs.
Client Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients and internal teams.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and develop strategies that align with client objectives and company goals.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously and deliver results on time.
Technology Proficiency: Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms to support remote work, such as CRM systems, collaboration tools (Zoom, Microsoft Teams), and Microsoft Office Suite.
