Progressive Technology is seeking an energetic, charismatic, and camera-friendly TikTok Shop Live Presenter to join our dynamic e-commerce team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand during live TikTok shopping events, responsible for engaging viewers, promoting products, and driving sales through vibrant and interactive live sessions. Key Responsibilities

• Host live streams on TikTok Shop, presenting products in an exciting, informative, and entertaining manner.

• Engage with the audience in real-time by responding to comments, answering product-related questions, and fostering a lively and interactive atmosphere.

• Work closely with the marketing and product teams to script, plan, and execute live sessions based on campaign goals.

• Showcase product features, benefits, and usage tips effectively to maximize viewer interest and sales.

• Maintain an authentic and brand-aligned image and voice during live sessions.

• Monitor live stream performance, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance future sessions.

• Stay updated with TikTok trends, e-commerce practices, and platform updates to continuously optimize content strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills with a confident on-camera presence.

• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, trends, and audience engagement strategies.

• Ability to think quickly, adapt on the fly, and handle unexpected situations during live sessions.

• Strong customer-focused attitude with the ability to answer queries effectively and persuasively.

• Basic knowledge of product marketing and e-commerce principles.

• Tech-savvy with good knowledge of TikToks live features and basic video setup (lighting, microphone, etc.).

Experience

• Previous experience as a live streamer, presenter, social media influencer, or video content creator preferred.

• Experience in online selling, particularly in TikTok Shop or similar platforms, is highly desirable.

• Freshers with outstanding presentation skills and passion for live commerce are welcome to apply.

Working Hours

• Flexible work-from-home schedule.

• Availability for multiple live sessions per week, including evenings and weekends, depending on product promotions and peak times.

• Typically, 3–5 live sessions per week, lasting 1–2 hours each, plus preparation time.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Excellent command of English (spoken and written).

• Outgoing, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.

• Ability to multitask and manage live interactions while staying focused on selling points.

• Familiarity with beauty, fashion, gadgets, or lifestyle products is a bonus.

• Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in planning live content.
