Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our growing remote team as Customer Service Agents supporting Princess Cruises Vacation Services. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for travelers and vacationers, assisting them with bookings, inquiries, itinerary changes, and post-cruise support. Handle inbound customer service calls and emails related to Princess Cruises vacation bookings.
Provide accurate information about cruise itineraries, pricing, on-board experiences, and travel policies.
Assist customers with new reservations, changes, cancellations, and upgrades.
Ensure all customer interactions are handled with empathy, professionalism, and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases when needed, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and service changes.
Enter customer interactions and booking details accurately into internal systems and CRM platforms.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred).
Proficient in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using online platforms, CRM tools, and booking systems.
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
A quiet, professional home office setup with a reliable internet connection.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for helping people and solving problems.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in the travel, hospitality, or call center industry.
Prior experience with cruise booking systems or knowledge of the travel sector is a strong advantage.
Freshers with excellent communication and a passion for travel are also welcome to apply.
Full-time (40 hours/week), with shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays to align with global customer service needs.
