As a Guest Services Associate on Princess Cruises, you will be the face and voice of world-class hospitality onboard. Greet and assist guests courteously at the Guest Services Desk
Address and resolve guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with a professional and solution-focused approach
Provide information on shipboard activities, excursions, dining, and amenities
Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and resolutions
Collaborate with departments (Housekeeping, F&B, Shore Excursions) to ensure a smooth guest experience
Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and resolve ongoing issues proactively
Handle administrative tasks such as room changes, onboard account adjustments, and guest documentation
Actively promote onboard services and offerings in alignment with brand standards
Participate in safety drills and comply with onboard safety regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in English (spoken and written); additional languages (Spanish, Italian, French, German) are a plus
Strong problem-solving abilities and guest-first mindset
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure or conflict situations
Familiarity with hospitality software or CRM tools is desirable
Basic understanding of international travel and cultural awareness
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a front office, customer service, or cruise environment
Prior international hospitality or cruise ship experience is highly preferred but not mandatory
Rotational shifts covering 24/7 operations
Average 10-hour workdays, 7 days a week while on contract (standard for cruise industry roles)
Contract durations typically range from 6 to 9 months, with scheduled breaks
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to work in a multicultural environment
Strong team collaboration and the ability to work independently
Flexibility to adjust to changing guest needs and onboard dynamics
