We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Learning & Development Coordinator to facilitate and manage training programs for our employees. As a key member of our L&D team, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering high-quality training sessions across various domains. Program Facilitation: Deliver engaging and interactive training programs for employees at various levels. Facilitate workshops, webinars, and e-learning sessions to ensure effective learning experiences.
Curriculum Design & Development: Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and update training content. Ensure that the materials are relevant, up-to-date, and aligned with organizational goals.
Training Needs Assessment: Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and areas for improvement. Develop tailored learning solutions to meet individual and team development needs.
Employee Development: Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness. Provide ongoing support to employees post-training, including coaching and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Administrative Support: Manage training logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and maintaining training records. Ensure that all training activities comply with company policies and standards.
Tracking & Reporting: Track the progress of training programs and report outcomes to senior management. Analyze feedback and training results to refine future programs and enhance the learning experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR, leadership, and other departments to align training initiatives with overall business objectives.
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
Certification in Learning and Development, Training, or Instructional Design is highly desirable.
Proven experience as a Learning & Development Coordinator, Training Facilitator, or similar role.
Strong facilitation and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously.
Knowledge of current L&D trends and best practices in the industry.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating and facilitating training programs in a corporate environment.
Experience in working with a wide range of employees across different departments and levels.
Demonstrated success in delivering measurable training outcomes and improving employee performance.
Full-time position.
Standard working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
Occasional evening or weekend work may be required for special training sessions or events.
Knowledge: Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and various training methodologies.
Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals and groups. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Abilities: Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Ability to assess training needs and deliver impactful learning solutions.
