Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to lead our strategic HR operations in Delhi NCR. This is a senior leadership role that will involve shaping and driving the HR agenda across the organization. As the Senior HR Manager, you will partner with senior leadership to design and execute HR strategies that align with business goals, enhance organizational culture, and drive employee engagement. Your role will be critical in building a strong workforce, leading talent acquisition, retention strategies, and fostering a collaborative work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and execution of HR strategies that support the business goals, focusing on talent management, employee relations, organizational development, and leadership development.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior management, providing insights and recommendations on workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

  • Oversee the talent acquisition process, ensuring the recruitment of top-tier talent aligned with the companys values and culture.

  • Drive employee retention programs, focusing on building an inclusive and engaging work culture.

  • Manage and implement performance management systems, including goal setting, feedback processes, and leadership development initiatives.

  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the HR team, ensuring their professional growth and alignment with company objectives.

  • Oversee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness in the market while maintaining internal equity.

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and regulations while fostering a fair and equitable work environment.

  • Lead HR initiatives such as employee surveys, feedback loops, and organizational change programs.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is preferred.

  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in HR, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven expertise in strategic HR management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development.

  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and regulatory compliance.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and manage stakeholders at all levels.

  • High level of proficiency in HR software and tools, with a focus on HR analytics and reporting.

  • Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on in executing HR programs and processes.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a demonstrated track record of leadership and managing complex HR projects in large organizations.

  • Experience in HR strategy development and execution within an MNC environment is highly preferred.

  • Proven ability to work closely with senior management, supporting the business with high-level HR expertise.

  • Experience with change management and driving organizational transformation initiatives.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (with flexibility required as per business needs).

  • Occasional travel may be required within Delhi NCR.
