Job Summary

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Pharmacy Assistant to join a reputed retail pharmacy chain in Dadar and Andheri. The ideal candidate will support pharmacists in daily operations, ensure seamless customer service, and maintain inventory and records. Key Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing prescription and non-prescription medications

• Greet and serve customers, answer queries, and provide product recommendations

• Maintain accurate inventory records and restock shelves as needed

• Ensure medicines and supplies are properly labeled, priced, and stored

• Manage billing and cashiering using Point of Sale (POS) systems

• Maintain cleanliness and order in the pharmacy area

• Follow all pharmacy and health safety regulations

• Liaise with suppliers and support inventory audits when required

• Assist in monthly sales reporting and customer feedback handling

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum HSC (12th Pass) or equivalent education

• Diploma in Pharmacy or certification in a related field is a plus

• Basic knowledge of medicines and over-the-counter (OTC) products

• Proficient in customer handling and communication

• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with billing software or POS systems

• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to company protocols

Experience

• 0 to 2 years of experience in a retail pharmacy or medical store environment

• Freshers with strong willingness to learn and interest in the pharmacy/healthcare sector are encouraged to apply

Working Hours

• 9-hour rotational shifts (including weekends and public holidays)

• Weekly one-day off on a rotational basis
