MNC JOBS INFO is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Store Assistant to join our team in Mumbais top malls. As a Retail Store Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring the smooth running of store operations, and promoting a positive shopping experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their needs, offering product recommendations, and answering queries about merchandise.

  • Maintain the stores visual standards by ensuring products are properly displayed and the store is tidy and organized at all times.

  • Handle cash transactions, process payments, and operate the stores POS system accurately.

  • Manage inventory, restock shelves, and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.

  • Ensure that all merchandise is properly tagged and priced, and adhere to store policies and procedures for returns and exchanges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional retail or customer service training is a plus.

Experience

  • Experience with POS systems and cash handling.

Working Hours
