Job Summary:
MNC JOBS INFO is looking for highly motivated and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives in a Voice/Non-Voice BPO capacity at our offices in Thane/Malad. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and customers through various communication channels. You will be a part of a dynamic team, where your role is crucial to enhancing the customer experience. Whether you are handling inbound or outbound calls or supporting customers through non-voice channels, your role will ensure customer satisfaction and efficient problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Answering inbound customer queries and providing support through calls, emails, or chats.
Handling customer complaints, troubleshooting, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and empathy during all customer interactions.
Ensuring customer requests are handled promptly and escalated appropriately when necessary.
Documenting all customer interactions in the companys CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Meeting performance targets, such as customer satisfaction scores and call resolution times.
Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer service experience.
Identifying opportunities for process improvements and providing feedback to management.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English.
Ability to maintain a positive attitude and professionalism when dealing with customers.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls or queries.
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in data entry and documentation.
Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a BPO setting, is an advantage.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience in a customer service role, particularly in a Voice/Non-Voice BPO environment, is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with a passion for customer service are also encouraged to apply.
Working Hours:
Flexible working hours based on business needs, with the possibility of rotational shifts (including night shifts).
5 days working with 2 consecutive weekly offs.

Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Time management skills to ensure timely and efficient handling of tasks.
Adaptability and the ability to handle a variety of customer concerns or queries.
