Job Summary:

MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Associate to join our growing team in Lower Parel. As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a critical role in driving digital marketing strategies that will enhance our brands online presence and engagement. You will be responsible for implementing and optimizing campaigns across SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media platforms, working closely with our marketing team to achieve business goals and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization):

    • Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis to optimize content for SEO.

    • Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.

    • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, including traffic, rankings, and conversion rates, using SEO tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.

  • Google Ads (Paid Search Advertising):

    • Set up, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns using Google Ads.

    • Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and keywords to maximize ROI.

    • Analyze performance and budget allocation to ensure cost-effective campaigns.

  • Social Media Marketing:

    • Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

    • Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and monitoring engagement.

    • Measure social media metrics and optimize strategies based on insights.

  • Collaboration and Reporting:

    • Work closely with the content and creative teams to ensure consistent branding across channels.

    • Prepare detailed reports for digital marketing campaigns, highlighting key performance metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Marketing.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and best practices.

  • Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and Ahrefs.

  • Proficient in Google Ads and Google Analytics.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to think critically, analyze data, and provide insights for campaign optimization.

  • Creative mindset with an understanding of current digital trends.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or agency environment.

  • Experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads) and social media profiles.

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, brand awareness, or lead generation is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Full-time position.

  • Standard working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
