Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a customer service, helpdesk, or technical support role preferred.

  • Experience with remote working tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Slack is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems like Salesforce or Zendesk is a plus.

Working Hours:

  • Flexible work schedule available (Full-time and Part-time shifts).

  • Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays, depending on business needs.

  • Schedules will be assigned based on time zones and team availability.
