Enter, verify, and update data in internal databases and online systems.
Maintain a high level of accuracy in all data input tasks.
Organize and manage files, documents, and information for easy access and retrieval.
Identify and correct data entry errors, and report inconsistencies when necessary.
Follow data confidentiality and protection guidelines.
Collaborate with team members virtually to ensure timely completion of data entry tasks.
Perform periodic audits to maintain data integrity and system accuracy.
Support administrative tasks and special data-related projects as needed.
High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent typing speed with a high level of accuracy (40+ WPM preferred).
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Reliable internet connection and access to a quiet, dedicated workspace.
Previous data entry experience is an asset, but not mandatory – full training will be provided.
Experience with cloud-based data systems (e.g., Google Workspace, Dropbox, or similar tools) is a plus.
Flexible scheduling available: choose between full-time (40 hrs/week) or part-time (20 hrs/week).
Core availability hours: Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
Occasional weekend work may be requested depending on project needs.
Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively.
Capable of handling repetitive tasks with consistent quality.
Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
