Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager to take full ownership of running our online stores remotely. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations, optimizing customer experience, and developing strategies to grow online sales. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of e-commerce operations, including product listings, inventory management, order fulfillment, and customer service.

  • Manage and optimize online store platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Amazon Seller Central.

  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to increase traffic, conversion, and average order value.

  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Shopify analytics, or equivalent dashboards.

  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams to execute promotional campaigns, seasonal launches, and SEO/SEM strategies.

  • Maintain product catalog accuracy, pricing updates, and promotional offers.

  • Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify new opportunities.

  • Ensure high standards of UI/UX and continuously enhance the customer journey.

  • Handle vendor and supplier coordination for inventory management and logistics.

  • Report to senior leadership with regular performance updates, challenges, and growth plans.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in E-commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in managing online stores (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, etc.).

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing.

  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and e-commerce dashboards.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently with excellent time management and multitasking skills.

  • Tech-savvy with a strong grasp of website optimization, automation tools, and CRM systems.


Experience

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar digital role.

  • Experience with remote team collaboration tools like Slack, Asana, Trello, or Notion.

  • Demonstrated history of increasing online sales and improving customer satisfaction through innovative strategies.


Working Hours

  • Fully remote position – work from anywhere.

  • Flexible schedule with availability during core business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST preferred).

  • Must be able to coordinate across time zones for team collaboration and vendor communication.
