Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Product Manager to lead cross-functional teams across the globe. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from concept through launch, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define product goals and deliverables.

• Create and maintain product roadmaps, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.

• Work closely with global stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements, using both qualitative and quantitative data.

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the product lifecycle, making adjustments to timelines and resources as needed.

• Coordinate and facilitate virtual team meetings, ensuring clear communication across time zones.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and product enhancements.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess product success and drive continuous improvement.

• Advocate for the customers needs and ensure the product meets or exceeds user expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, with at least 3+ years of experience in managing remote product teams.

• Strong project management skills with experience using tools like JIRA, Trello, or Asana.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a variety of stakeholders.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Experience in agile development methodologies.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with product development processes in the tech industry is a plus.

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a bonus.

Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years working with distributed or global teams.

• Experience with remote collaboration tools and leading virtual teams.

• Previous experience in technology, SaaS, or product development industries is highly desirable.

• Experience in managing all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to market launch.

Working Hours

• This is a fully remote position, allowing flexibility in work hours.

• Standard working hours will align with global team schedules, requiring occasional early or late meetings based on time zone coordination.

• Expectation to work 40 hours per week, with flexible time management.
