Job Summary

Progressive Technology, a forward-thinking and innovative company committed to excellence and employee development, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and strengthen our human resources function. As a key member of the leadership team, the HR Manager will play a pivotal role in aligning our people strategy with business objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and managing all HR operations in collaboration with our strategic partner, Delta.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.

  • Manage the recruitment and selection process, ensuring the attraction and retention of top-tier talent.

  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.

  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program in alignment with organizational goals.

  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics and data analytics.

  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management processes.

  • Lead and facilitate organizational change and strategic initiatives.

  • Partner with Deltas HR teams on cross-functional projects and shared services.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR) is highly desirable.

  • Deep knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.

  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and data reporting tools.


Experience

  • Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.

  • Experience in a tech-driven or innovative business environment is a strong plus.

  • Proven track record of leading HR projects and process improvements.

  • Background in managing HR functions across multiple departments or regions preferred.


Working Hours

  • Full-Time Position

  • Standard hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (with flexibility depending on project needs)

  • Hybrid work model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)
