Job Summary:

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a detail-oriented, self-motivated, and organized Remote Product Listing Executive to join our growing eCommerce team. As a Night Shift executive, you will be responsible for managing and updating product listings on various eCommerce platforms, ensuring all product information is accurate and optimized for customer searches. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong eCommerce skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic team while working remotely during the night shift.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and optimize product listings on multiple eCommerce platforms (such as Amazon, eBay, etc.).

  • Ensure product descriptions, specifications, pricing, and images are accurate and aligned with company guidelines.

  • Conduct keyword research to optimize product listings for search visibility and improve ranking.

  • Regularly audit existing listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with platform requirements.

  • Monitor stock levels and update listings accordingly to reflect availability.

  • Coordinate with the inventory team to ensure that product listings are accurate and reflect real-time data.

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to queries about product listings promptly.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing, design, and logistics to enhance product listings and improve the customer experience.

  • Generate performance reports and track key metrics to measure the success of listings.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform policies to ensure compliance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and online marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google Workspace.

  • Familiarity with listing software and content management systems (CMS).

  • Basic knowledge of SEO techniques for product listing optimization.

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to write clear and persuasive product descriptions.

  • Strong attention to detail with an ability to spot errors in listings.

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

  • Good problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to task management.

  • Comfortable working remotely and adapting to a night shift schedule.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in eCommerce product listing management or a related field.

  • Experience with Amazon Seller Central, eBay, or other eCommerce platforms is a significant advantage.

  • Experience working in a remote environment is preferred but not essential.


Working Hours:

  • This position requires working night shifts, typically from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM (local time).

  • Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.
