Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat promptly and professionally.
Resolve customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Act as a liaison between the customer and various internal teams to ensure quick resolution of technical or product-related issues.
Document and track customer interactions, complaints, and feedback using our CRM systems.
Provide proactive support by identifying potential issues and offering solutions before they escalate.
Assist customers in troubleshooting problems, explaining features, and walking them through processes or technical aspects of our services.
Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience and product offerings.
Maintain a positive and professional tone in all customer communications.
Meet or exceed performance metrics and customer service KPIs.
High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to remain calm and patient while working with frustrated customers.
Tech-savvy with experience using CRM software, helpdesk tools, and chat systems.

This is a full-time, remote position with night shift hours.
Shifts are scheduled from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM (local time) or based on your time zone, ensuring 24/7 customer support coverage.
