Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our dynamic International BPO team. This is a remote position that allows individuals to gain valuable experience in the business process outsourcing (BPO) sector. As part of the night shift operations, you will assist in handling international clients, managing inquiries, and providing top-notch customer service. This role is perfect for individuals looking to start their careers in a global environment while working from the comfort of their homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats with international clients.

• Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.

• Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications with clients.

• Work with the team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets.

• Collaborate with management to ensure client satisfaction and contribute to process improvements.

• Document and track client interactions accurately in the system.

• Ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timeframe and in alignment with company policies.

• Stay updated on product and service offerings to provide accurate information to clients.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency with common office software.

• Comfortable working night shifts (US hours or similar international shifts).

Experience

• No prior BPO experience required; freshers are encouraged to apply.

• Previous experience in customer service or call centers is a plus, but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Night shift (US time zone or other international time zones).

• Full-time (40 hours per week) with rotating schedules, weekends may be required.
