Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals for the Ground Staff Recruitment 2025 at Kempegowda International Airport. As a member of the airport ground staff team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth and safe airport operations while delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Assist passengers with check-in, ticketing, and boarding procedures.

• Handle luggage issues including tagging, loading/unloading, and baggage claims.

• Coordinate with cabin crew and ramp staff for flight dispatch and turnaround services.

• Provide assistance to passengers with special needs, such as the elderly or disabled.

• Manage gate operations including boarding announcements and resolving last-minute seat assignments.

• Ensure compliance with airport safety and security regulations.

• Handle customer queries, complaints, and provide information in a professional manner.

• Support emergency response and evacuation procedures when required.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 10+2 (Higher Secondary) or equivalent education.

• Proficient in English and local language (Kannada preferred).

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good physical fitness and ability to stand for extended periods.

• Strong problem-solving skills and calm demeanor under pressure.

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with airline or airport systems is a plus.

Experience

• Fresher candidates are welcome to apply.

• Prior experience in airport operations, customer service, or hospitality will be an advantage.

Working Hours

• Rotational shifts including weekends and public holidays.

• Shifts may range between 6 to 10 hours, depending on flight schedules and operational needs.
