Job Summary

HR Service Jobs is seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven individuals for the role of Telecaller – Night Shift. As a key member of our communication team, you will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls with international clients, resolving queries, and promoting services with professionalism and accuracy. This role requires excellent verbal communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work effectively during night hours.


Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers based on provided leads.

  • Handle inbound customer queries and provide timely solutions.

  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone during all client interactions.

  • Explain products/services clearly and effectively.

  • Follow up on previous interactions to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain call logs and update client information accurately in the system.

  • Meet or exceed daily/weekly call and conversion targets.

  • Collaborate with the team lead and report performance updates.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 12th pass; graduation is a plus.

  • Excellent command of spoken English.

  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.

  • Ability to handle objections and remain calm under pressure.

  • Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.

  • Comfortable working in a night shift environment.


Experience

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in telecalling, BPO, or customer service preferred.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Night Shift: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (IST)

  • Monday to Saturday (Sunday off)

  • Breaks as per company policy


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Knowledge of telecalling or BPO processes is an advantage.

  • Ability to listen actively and communicate effectively.

  • High level of patience, empathy, and persistence.

  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
