MNC JOBS INFO is seeking a creative, self-driven, and experienced Freelance Social Media Manager to join our digital team on a remote basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand presence across various social media platforms, developing content strategies, executing engaging campaigns, and monitoring performance to ensure audience growth and engagement. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Create and curate original and visually appealing content including graphics, captions, stories, and videos.
Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later).
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
Analyze campaign performance metrics and prepare monthly performance reports.
Stay current with trends, hashtags, algorithms, and platform updates.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to align content with overall brand strategy.
Manage paid advertising campaigns when required to boost brand visibility and conversion.
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media KPIs, algorithms, and platform-specific best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Creative thinking with attention to detail in content creation and brand voice.
Familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
Experience with scheduling tools and social analytics platforms.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in social media management or digital content creation.
Freelance or agency experience is highly valued.
Portfolio or examples of past work on request.
Flexible schedule: 20–30 hours per week.
Must be available for virtual check-ins or team calls as needed.
Ability to manage time effectively while delivering quality work on tight deadlines.
Strong sense of aesthetics and brand consistency.
