We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented International Process Associate to join our team for the night shift in Delhi. Process international transactions, data, and customer service requests with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Handle a variety of administrative tasks such as managing records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with international regulations.
Communicate effectively with global clients and stakeholders via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform detailed research on international accounts or processes, identifying potential issues and providing resolutions.
Ensure strict adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and deadlines.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance operational efficiency.
Manage workload and prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact.
Contribute to team goals and assist in the development of new strategies to improve processes and deliver high-quality service.
Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility to work in a night shift environment.
At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, administrative, or process-related role.
Experience working with international clients or in a global business environment is a plus.
Knowledge of international business processes and regulations is advantageous.
Night Shift: 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM (timing may vary based on business needs).
Flexibility to work on weekends or holidays as per business requirements.
