Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking dynamic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Healthcare BPO Call Center Executives. This is a work-from-home opportunity designed for motivated professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service in the healthcare sector. As part of our growing healthcare BPO operations, you will act as a vital liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and insurance companies. Your goal will be to manage inbound and outbound communication effectively, ensuring accurate, timely, and empathetic resolution of queries related to medical claims, billing, appointments, and other healthcare services.


Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with patients, providers, and insurance companies regarding healthcare services and billing inquiries.

  • Provide accurate information related to health insurance policies, benefits, claims, authorizations, and eligibility.

  • Update patient records and input data into healthcare management systems with high accuracy.

  • Ensure all communications comply with HIPAA and internal confidentiality standards.

  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate departments while ensuring timely follow-up.

  • Meet or exceed daily performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and quality assurance scores.

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on changes in healthcare regulations and internal processes.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum qualification: Bachelors degree in any discipline (preferred), or equivalent work experience.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.

  • Proficiency in computer systems including CRM tools, MS Office, and data entry platforms.

  • Familiarity with healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a strong plus.


Experience

  • 1–3 years of experience in a BPO or call center environment, preferably in the healthcare or insurance domain.

  • Prior exposure to handling U.S. or international healthcare processes is highly desirable.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in the healthcare domain are also encouraged to apply.


Working Hours

  • Rotational shifts including night shifts to align with U.S. healthcare timings.

  • Weekly offs as per rotational schedule.

  • Flexibility to work on public holidays if required.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy.
