Job Summary:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality of production processes, identifying areas for improvement, and ensuring that all final products meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and audits throughout the manufacturing process to ensure product quality standards are consistently met.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance protocols, processes, and procedures.

• Coordinate and lead investigations into quality deviations, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure seamless quality control across the manufacturing process.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality tests, inspections, and audits.

• Perform data analysis on quality-related metrics and provide reports to senior management.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, customer requirements, and company policies regarding product quality.

• Assist in training staff on quality control procedures and standards.

• Participate in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing product quality and reducing defects.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.

• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (QMS) and relevant industry standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc.).

• Proficiency with quality control tools such as statistical analysis software, inspection tools, and testing equipment.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience:

• Proven experience in a quality assurance or quality control role, particularly in a manufacturing or production setting.

• Experience with product testing, audits, inspections, and data analysis is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with quality standards and regulatory requirements within the industry is a plus.

• Experience in leading or participating in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing).

Working Hours:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday.

• Flexible working hours available, depending on project requirements.

• Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required during peak production times.
