Oversee daily operations and ensure business efficiency across departments including HR, finance, logistics, customer support, and project management.

Analyze key metrics and performance data to identify improvement opportunities and ensure KPIs are met.
Collaborate with department heads to ensure smooth coordination and execution of cross-functional projects.
Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to support strategic decision-making.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities, especially in a remote working environment.
High proficiency in operational tools and software (e.g., Asana, Slack, Trello, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Outstanding verbal and written communication in English.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations, business management, or a related role.
At least 2 years of experience in managing remote teams and workflows.
Previous experience in the tech, SaaS, or startup environment is highly preferred.
Flexible working hours with a requirement for availability during core hours (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM Cairo Time).
Occasional meetings may be required outside standard hours depending on international team collaboration.
