Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Scan and sort packages according to delivery zones and routes.

• Operate warehouse equipment safely and maintain a clean and organized workspace.

• Assist in inventory control and stock management processes.

• Coordinate with the delivery team to ensure timely dispatch of orders.

• Follow standard operating procedures and comply with Amazons safety protocols.

• Report any product damages, shortages, or operational challenges to the supervisor.

• Support in loading and unloading of items from trucks or delivery vehicles.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / Matriculation from a recognized board.

• Basic reading and writing skills in English or the regional language.

• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move packages (up to 20 kg).

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and speed.

• A strong work ethic and a sense of responsibility.

Experience

• No prior experience required – freshers are welcome!

• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or delivery is an added advantage.

Working Hours

• Full-time and part-time positions available.

• Shift-based work, including morning, evening, night, and weekend shifts.

• Typical shift duration: 8 to 10 hours per day.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management (preferred).

• Team player with the ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment.

• Quick learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work culture.
