The Elite Job is seeking a passionate and creative Junior Copywriter to join our growing team in São Paulo. Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and grammatically accurate content for various digital platforms including websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and advertisements.

• Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to brainstorm content ideas and execute campaigns.

• Assist in developing and maintaining brand tone and messaging across channels.

• Conduct research on industry-related topics and competitors to support content strategy.

• Proofread and edit content before publication, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines.

• Take part in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and content reviews.

• Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on insights and analytics.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Portuguese.

• Creative mindset with a keen interest in storytelling and branding.

• Ability to adapt writing style to different audiences and formats.

• Familiarity with SEO principles and digital marketing trends is a plus.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and consistency.

Experience

• No prior work experience is required, but internships or academic writing projects are highly valued.

• Recent graduates in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields are encouraged to apply.

• A writing portfolio (class assignments, personal blog, or freelance work) will be requested during the recruitment process.

Working Hours

• Full-time position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (BRT)

• Hybrid model: 3 days on-site in our São Paulo office and 2 days remote work per week.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

• Familiarity with tools like Grammarly, Notion, Trello, or Canva is a plus.

• Willingness to learn and receive constructive feedback.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

• Team-oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
