The Elite Job is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Care Executive to join our remote BPO team in Chennai. This role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and chat, ensuring customer satisfaction and swift resolution of inquiries and issues. Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels (calls, chats, emails).
Address customer complaints with patience and empathy, offering timely resolutions.
Maintain a thorough understanding of our products/services to provide accurate information.
Update CRM systems with detailed notes following customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
Meet daily and monthly performance targets including customer satisfaction and response times.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
Deliver consistent and high-quality customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Fluency in Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage.
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with basic computer applications and CRM tools.
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
Customer-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in a BPO or customer support role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in customer service are welcome to apply.
Flexible shifts (Day/Night Rotational shifts may apply).
6-day working week with one rotational weekly off.
Must be available to work on weekends and public holidays if required (compensatory offs provided).
Knowledge of BPO workflows and customer service protocols.
Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and processes.
Emotional intelligence and the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.
Adaptability to different time zones and workload volumes.
