Job Summary

Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Call Center Chat Support team. As a remote Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance through real-time chat. This position is ideal for candidates who are tech-savvy, empathetic, and driven to deliver top-notch customer experiences—all from the comfort of your home.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.

  • Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism.

  • Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the system.

  • Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service practices.

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in a chat or call center environment.

Working Hours

  • Full-time position (40 hours/week)
