As a remote Chat Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing assistance through real-time chat. Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat.
Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with speed and professionalism.
Troubleshoot customer issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions in the system.
Collaborate with team members and management to improve customer service practices.
Stay updated on company products, policies, and updates to ensure consistent information delivery.
Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rate.
Excellent written communication and grammar skills.
Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum of 40 WPM).
