Progressive Technology is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Virtual Call Center Executives. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about communication, problem-solving, and delivering exceptional service experiences to customers. As a remote team member, you will represent our brand, assist customers with inquiries, and provide support across a range of products and servicesâall from the comfort of your home.
We are looking for dedicated self-starters who are comfortable working independently while contributing to a collaborative, digitally-driven team environment.
Handle incoming and outgoing calls in a professional, courteous, and timely manner
Provide accurate information and resolve customer issues effectively
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments when necessary
Document customer interactions clearly and thoroughly in our CRM system
Meet daily performance metrics such as call handling time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, policies, and procedures
Participate in team meetings and ongoing training sessions
High school diploma or equivalent required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong listening and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate multiple systems
A quiet, distraction-free workspace with a reliable internet connection
Professional attitude and appearance, even in a virtual setting
Ability to follow scripts and procedures while maintaining a natural conversation
No prior call center experience requiredâtraining will be provided
Customer service, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus
Experience working remotely or independently is beneficial
Flexible shifts available: morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend options
Full-time: 35â40 hours per week | Part-time: 15â25 hours per week
Paid training provided before start date
