Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, network connectivity, and general IT problems.

  • Guide users through step-by-step solutions in a clear and patient manner.

  • Escalate complex issues to senior support or engineering teams when necessary.

  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions using internal CRM tools.

  • Stay updated with product knowledge, internal procedures, and industry best practices.

  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while handling customer queries.

  • Meet or exceed performance metrics including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common software applications.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.

  • Fluent in English.


Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year in a technical support, customer service, or call center role (remote or onsite).

  • Experience with CRM systems and support ticketing tools is preferred.

  • Background in IT, Helpdesk, or telecommunications is a strong advantage.


Working Hours:

  • Full-time: 37.5 hours per week

  • Shifts may include weekdays, evenings, and occasional weekends based on team scheduling.

  • Flexibility in shift availability is appreciated.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Understanding of basic networking concepts (Wi-Fi, routers, DNS, VPN, etc.)

  • Familiarity with troubleshooting desktop/laptop/mobile device issues.

  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
