Job Summary

Hulu, a leading streaming service offering live and on-demand TV and movies, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our subscribers, providing exceptional support via chat, email, and phone. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide timely, empathetic, and accurate responses to customer inquiries across various support channels (phone, chat, email).

  • Guide users through Hulus features and content navigation with clarity and patience.

  • Document customer interactions, feedback, and resolutions within internal systems.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate complex issues and ensure prompt resolution.

  • Stay updated on Hulus new content, platform updates, policies, and promotions.

  • Promote self-service tools and resources to help customers find solutions independently.


Required Skills and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.

  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, tools, and software applications simultaneously.

  • Ability to handle high-volume support environments with efficiency and professionalism.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.


Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in a remote capacity.

  • Previous experience with streaming services, digital platforms, or SaaS products is a strong advantage.


Working Hours

  • Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays (support is provided 7 days a week).

  • Full-time positions available (40 hours/week) with the possibility of overtime during peak periods.


Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Familiarity with common operating systems (Windows, macOS, iOS, Android) and web browsers.

  • Basic troubleshooting knowledge related to Wi-Fi, devices, and streaming services.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

  • Willingness to adapt to changes in policies, tools, and team structures.
