Job Summary:

The Elite Job is seeking an experienced E-Learning Content Creator specializing in Pharmacy and Medical Topics. Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure accuracy and relevance of content.

• Utilize e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar platforms.

• Design and implement assessments to evaluate learner progress and effectiveness of training.

• Ensure content aligns with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

• Update and improve existing course materials based on feedback and emerging trends in the medical field.

• Work closely with instructional designers, graphic designers, and video editors to create a cohesive learning experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biomedical Sciences, or a related field.

• Proven experience in e-learning content creation, instructional design, or medical education.

• Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, or similar).

• Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex medical concepts.

• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Moodle, Blackboard, or similar platforms.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.

• Experience with multimedia content creation (video editing, graphic design, or animation) is a plus.

Experience:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in medical writing, instructional design, or e-learning content creation.
