Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one virtual career coaching sessions via video calls, emails, and chat.

• Assist clients in identifying career goals and developing personalized career strategies.

• Provide guidance on resume writing, LinkedIn optimization, and cover letter preparation.

• Offer interview coaching, including mock interviews and feedback sessions.

• Advise clients on networking strategies, job search techniques, and career transitions.

• Stay updated on industry trends, job market insights, and hiring practices.

• Develop and deliver career development workshops and webinars.

• Maintain accurate client records and track their progress.

• Offer motivation and support to clients facing career challenges.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of career development strategies, job market trends, and recruitment processes.

• Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work with clients from diverse industries and career levels.

• Strong writing skills for resume and cover letter reviews.

• Proficiency in using digital tools for virtual coaching sessions (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, etc.).

• Certification in career coaching (such as CPCC, GCDF, or similar) is a plus.

• High level of professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality.

Experience

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in career coaching, human resources, recruitment, or a related field.

• Proven track record of helping clients achieve career success.

• Experience working with job seekers, career changers, and professionals at various career levels.

Working Hours

• Flexible, based on client needs.

• Must be available for scheduled coaching sessions across different time zones.
