Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communication Management: Handle internal and external communications, including emails, phone calls, and messages, ensuring timely and professional responses.

  • Travel Coordination: Organize business travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.

  • Document Management: Maintain, organize, and track critical documents, contracts, and confidential information in both physical and digital formats.

  • Event Planning: Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events, conferences, or team-building activities as required.

  • Project Assistance: Assist executives in project management tasks, ensuring timelines are met and progress is tracked effectively.

  • Reporting & Documentation: Create reports, take minutes in meetings, and prepare summaries as needed.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.

  • Technical Proficiency: High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Google Workspace, and other virtual collaboration tools.

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and articulate demeanor.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks effectively.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to think on your feet and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Experience:

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position, offering flexible working hours within the core hours of 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (based on the candidates time zone). Occasional overtime or weekend work may be required based on executive needs.
