Key Responsibilities

  • Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and define ideal candidate profiles.

  • Job Posting & Employer Branding: Craft compelling job descriptions and post them on relevant platforms to attract top talent.

  • Recruitment Process Management: Coordinate interviews, provide feedback, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to onboarding.

  • Applicant Tracking: Maintain accurate and organized records in our applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular recruitment updates.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on hiring trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in different markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and applicant tracking systems.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively.

  • Ability to manage multiple job openings simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and HR software.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Experience
