Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:

  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for various job openings across multiple industries.

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.

• Collaboration & Coordination:

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and hiring needs.

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

• Candidate Assessment & Selection:

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

  • Assist in conducting background checks and reference verifications.

• HR Documentation & Compliance:

  • Ensure proper documentation of recruitment processes and maintain candidate databases.

  • Adhere to company policies and employment laws while recruiting.

• Employer Branding & Engagement:

  • Represent The Elite Job professionally and enhance its reputation as an employer of choice.

  • Promote job openings through various platforms to attract diverse talent.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR-related roles.

• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and sourcing strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to recruitment challenges.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment software (ATS is a plus).

Experience

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in HR recruitment or a similar role.

• Experience hiring for different industries is a plus.

• Prior experience in remote recruitment is preferred.

Working Hours
