Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, and search engine marketing (SEM).
Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and analyze competitors strategies.
Create engaging and high-quality content for digital platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
Monitor website traffic and performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
Improve Search Engine Optimization (SEO) strategies to increase organic traffic and visibility.
Manage Flipkarts social media accounts by posting content, engaging with followers, and running promotional campaigns.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling visuals and ad copies.
Track campaign performance, generate reports, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and e-commerce.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media marketing.
Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital advertising platforms.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, and email marketing.
Knowledge of web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign optimization.
Creativity and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or online advertising.
Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing is a plus.
Proven track record of managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
Flexible work-from-home schedule with a requirement to meet deadlines and attend virtual meetings.
Typically, 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday).
Occasional weekend work may be required during peak campaign periods.
