The Elite Job is actively seeking passionate and service-oriented Waitresses/Waiters to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.

• Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system.

• Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Provide detailed information about menu offerings and daily specials.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables and service stations.

• Address guest needs and handle any complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service.

• Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies.

• Assist with setting up and closing duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive attitude with a high level of professionalism.

• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

• Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) are a plus.

Experience

• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or customer service roles is preferred but not mandatory.

• Fresh graduates or individuals passionate about the service industry are encouraged to apply.

• On-the-job training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.

Working Hours

• Rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Full-time positions: 44 hours per week.

• Part-time positions available (minimum 20 hours per week).

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

• Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous.
